Mercury offer maintenance plans on new or existing systems, tailored to suit the needs of our individual customers. All our maintenance plans come with a 24 hour call out and a four hour response time, 365 days of the year.

Security systems are only beneficial if working correctly. It is of paramount importance therefore that we install to a high standard and offer a full parts and labour guarantee. In order to ensure a reliable and efficient service we provide you with high specification, quality equipment and products, which ensures highly effective operation.

The Mercury Lease Guarantee - All new systems come with a full parts and labour guarantee for the full term of the lease with a 24 hour call out and a four-hour response time should the system fail in the unlikely event that the equipment becomes faulty.

The Mercury Purchase Guarantee - All new systems come with a 12 month full parts and labour guarantee with a 24 hour call out and a four-hour response time should the system fail due to equipment becoming faulty.
